A Haas VF-3SS with 4th-axis rotary and a Hurco VMX24 handle the bulk of our mill work, backed by a handful of smaller mills for second operations. We hold ±.001″ on tight jobs across both machines, and the VF-3SS frequently holds within half a thousandth (±.0005″) and repeats it, part after part.
Our 4th-axis rotary lets us machine multiple sides of a part in a single setup. Fewer setups mean better feature-to-feature accuracy, shorter lead times and lower cost per part.
Machines only get you part of the way. Our operators are extremely detail-minded: they watch every job, check critical features in process and adjust offsets before a dimension drifts, not after.
Every job starts with a print review by an experienced machinist. If a tolerance, feature or material choice is driving cost without adding function, we’ll tell you before we quote, not after you’ve paid for it.
