Prototype machining that sets up production

Get real, machined parts in your production material, plus honest feedback on how to make them faster and cheaper at volume.

More than a one-off part

A prototype is the best chance to catch problems before they get expensive. When we machine your prototype, our machinists note anything that will drive cost or risk at production: deep pockets with small radii, unnecessarily tight tolerances, hard-to-hold features or materials that are difficult to source.

You get the part and a short list of practical recommendations, so the jump from prototype to production is a step, not a redesign.

What’s included

  • Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review before we cut
  • Machined from real production-grade material, not printed approximations
  • Dimensional inspection report on request
  • Quick revisions when your design changes
  • Seamless move to production machining with the same programs and fixtures

Great for

  • Engineering validation builds
  • Fit and function testing
  • Fixtures & test rigs
  • Startup & R&D projects
  • Bridge production
  • Reverse-engineered parts

Speed without shortcuts

Tell us your deadline when you request a quote. We’ll be straight with you about what’s achievable and, where possible, suggest small changes that can shave days off the schedule.
